Unlimited Possibilities

Recent Projects

At Ingenious Electric, we have successfully delivered Electrical Planning Reports (EPRs), EV Ready assessments, and electrical engineering consulting services for residential strata, commercial buildings, and institutional facilities throughout British Columbia. Our Professional Engineers work closely with strata corporations, property managers, and building owners to evaluate existing electrical infrastructure and develop practical strategies for future electrification.

Our projects include comprehensive assessments of electrical service capacity, load demand, distribution systems, transformers, and building infrastructure to determine readiness for electric vehicle (EV) charging, heat pump adoption, air conditioning, and other emerging electrical loads. Each report provides clear engineering recommendations that help clients maximize existing capacity while planning cost-effective infrastructure upgrades.

Every Electrical Planning Report is prepared in accordance with the Strata Property Amendment Act (Bill 22) and applicable provincial engineering standards. We deliver accurate technical analysis, actionable recommendations, and long-term electrical planning strategies that enable informed capital budgeting and infrastructure investment decisions.

Whether supporting a single residential strata or a large commercial development, our mission is to help clients confidently navigate building electrification through reliable engineering expertise, practical solutions, and professional project delivery. By combining technical excellence with real-world experience, Ingenious Electric helps future-proof buildings across British Columbia while ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable electrical systems for years to come.
